DESCRIPTION
Hotplates are used for electric stoves for cooking or frying in canteen and commercial kitchens, but also in domestic kitchens. Based on shape, hotplates are divided into round and square ones. They are produced from cast iron and other quality materials. Hotplates are installed on the previously prepared metal construction of the stove with adequate holes. Power of plate is regulated by more-position switches. It is possible to install a temperature limiter that protects the plate from overheating.
