DESCRIPTION
Square electric hotplates are mainly utilized for professional cooking stoves which are used for preparing substantial amounts of food. They are used for cooking or frying in kitchens of hotels, motels, nursery schools, hospital, etc. Thanks to their high resistance to moisture, square hotplates can be safely used in conditions of high humidity. Therefore, they are suitable for ships and facilities along rivers, lakes and the sea. Hotplates are made of cast iron and installed on the previously prepared metal construction of the stove with adequate holes for putting in and with adjustable supports. Hotplates are connected to electrical wiring by an electric switch, and heat resistant conductor, according to the electric scheme. Built-in temperature limiter protects plates from overheating. Power is regulated by more-position switches.
