TUBULAR GALVANIC HEATERS

With or without thermostat

DESCRIPTION

Tubular galvanic heaters are used for heating of fluids in electroplating baths and other industrial processes. Heaters consist of connection head (or protection cap, or housing), tubular heating element and connection cable. Also, we can produce heaters equipped with a thermostat. These heaters are shaped according to baths and installation method. The right choice of tube material depends on the chemical solution and the required temperature. Heated part must be fully immersed in fluid, while connection head must be out of fluid and away from vapors and steams. Liquid level controller and thermostat should be mounted on the bath.

APPLICATIONS

  • Alkaline degreasing
  • Electro chemical degreasing
  • Alkaline electrolytes
  • Anodizing in chromic acid
  • Browning
  • Heating of water
