DESCRIPTION
Suspended wire and coil ceramic heaters are used for indirect heating of liquids, direct heating of air or contact heating. For these applications, the ceramic element is usually mounted in a tube, fixing to the object or free standing in the air. Use of a fan is mandatory in some cases. Elektrotermija produces a wide range of different heaters on ceramic bodies according to customer specifications. Resistance wires or coils are situated on the surface, placed in longitudinal or helical holes or grooves on oval, rectangular, hexagonal... ceramic bodies or suspended on ceramic bearers. Groves can be open or closed. Heat is transferred by radiation, natural convection or forced convection.
