TECHNOLOGY

Tubular elements 

Traditional tubular elements, diameters 6.5 to 16.0mm. Lengths 300 to 5200mm. Material AISI 304, 309, 316L, 316Ti, 321, Incoloy 800, 825, Titanium. Temperatures up to 900°C. Cartridge heaters, diameters 5.0 to 40.0mm. Lengths 30 to 4000mm. Finned elements for convection and radiation. Vulcanized tubular heating elements.

Supported Wire Elements 

Micanite elements, surface load 3-4 W/cm², max. 350°C at very high heat transfer. Open spirales and tapes, supported wire and coil elements, heating alloys FeCrAl or NiCr, max. 1200-1400°C, ribbon width 0.50-30mm, wire diameter Ø0.06-Ø7.00mm. Braking resistors. Open wire-wound and ceramic enameled resistors.

Measurement & control 

Thermostats, thermal cut-offs, industrial thermostats, room thermostats, capillary limiters. Temperature control integrated in tubular heating elements, terminal boxes. Temperature sensors, thermocouples, resistance thermometers. Regulators, temperature controllers and indicators. Resistors, control cabinets and units.

PTC Elements 

Self-regulating function. Material of thermistor BaTiO3 ceramic. Connection voltages 110-400V and 12-36V. Curie set point 50°C-320°C. PTC air elements in a frame of heat-resistant plastic. Forced convection, adjustment of power via air flow. PTC water elements in stainless steel tube. Cartridge type immersion heaters Ø12mm.

IR & halogen elements 

Material: Ceramic, quartz glass, quartz glass with halogen. Temperature from 150°C to 2400°C, depending on the material. Short wave, middle wave, long wave elements. Can be used in vacuum and air flow environments. IR heating panels. Tubular heating elements. Embedded thermocouple as an option.

Suspended wire elements

Ceramic elements, diameter Ø13-64mm, length max. 6000mm, temperature max. 500°C. Galvanic heaters, operating temperature max. 90°C, protection class IP55 or IP66. Band heaters, max 600°C with 4.5 W/cm², ceramic insulation. Suspended wire ceramic heaters, various shapes and dimensions, surface load 1-4 W/cm².

Printed elements

Thick film elements in AISI 304, temperature max. 300°C. Foil elements in PVC, max. 70°C, polyester, max. 105°C, polyimide, max. 200°C. Silicone elements max. 230°C. Micanite, max. 400°C. Custom connections. Many types of configurations to fit the size and shape required. Possibility to add thermostat or temperature sensor.

Heating cables & jackets

Paralell self-regulating cables, thermoplastic insulation, up to 85°C and 40W/m. Parallell resistance constant wattage cables, silicone insulation, up to 180°C and 50W/m. High temperature mineral insulated cables, with stainless steel sheath, up to 600°C. Series resistance, longline heating cables. Heating jackets. Heating mats.
