Since 1983
Elektrotermija is located in Bela Zemlja, suburb of town Uzice in south-west of Serbia. It is established as privately owned company in 1983. by Mr. Radjen Kovcic as a workshop for production of cartridge heaters with only two employees. Throughout years Elektrotermija has developed production of ceramic, galvanic and tubular heating elements, as well as accessories for heating and temperature regulation. Constant investments in equipment and people resulted that Elektrotermija has become recognized for quality and wide range of products. We have specialized our production for small to medium series of heating elements.
Today Elektrotermija is modern equipped factory with flexible technology, able to respond on almost every customer's requirement in short terms.
We are leading manufacturer of special and industrial heating elements in Serbia and Balkan region. We are committed to increasing of export markets. Elektrotermija products find their application on each continent. Our products are placed on various markets such as Germany, Netherlands, Finland, France, Portugal, Russia, UK, Italy etc.
Our greatest strength are people. We hire 70 employees of which 10 are with university degree. We support good working conditions and chance for personal, knowledge and skills development of each employee. We do not compromise with safety and health at work.
Since February 2020. Elektrotermija has become a part of Backer Group, one of the leading suppliers of heating elements in the world. Further development and investment in new technologies and equipment are our future. We remain stable partner to our customers by further development of cooperation. Transparency and respect guide us through collaboration with our clients. Elektrotermija is focused on improving existing and introducing new products according to customer needs and international standards.
