Cast-in & pressed-in elements

Individual pieces as well as serial production

DESCRIPTION

Heaters cast in aluminum body or heaters pressed into grooves in steel, brass or aluminum body enables even temperature and heat transfer on parts with large heating surface. Produced in different shapes and dimensions, according to customer specification. External thermostats, temperature probes or thermocouples are usually installed in the heater. The general recommendation is to place the thermocouples no further than 10mm from the heating element and, if possible, in the centre area.
